Rude disrespectful don't care about patients health the old lady at the front desk clinic is rude thinks she is the boss and when you go ask a question about your health or appointment they don't want to tell you or say that they don't know and just want you to make a appointment. plus the doctors are never their that they are out of town and cancel their patients appointments because they have to go on vacation.also told them that if the doctor is not their to give me my medical records so I can go with another doctor and they refuse to I'm going to report them to the doctor association because the doctor is never their My illness is not going to wait. they said I can't go to another doctor watch me

I can’t put ZERO STARS so Long story short They told me if I didn’t get a flu shot that my unborn baby would DEFINITELY die…. NEVER went back. Called their head quarters and they said perhaps it was a language barrier … but the doctor spoke fluent English……. So I called BBB and let them know too. Stay away from this place

Took my daughter yesterday, her finger had a deep cut and was bleeding heavy. We walk in and the girl in the front begins to ask me if she’s been seen before here I said no. That she has insurance (not medical) and proceeds to tell me she can’t be seen because she doesn’t go there. Another girl calls the doctor and he gets off his phone rolls his eyes and basically said he can’t help. My daughter father asked if can put anything to not get infected since we have to take her to valleys children and he didn’t want to. The worst experience especially having a toddler crying in pain.

There is an older lady in the Optometry Staff very, very rude from the moment you walk up to the front desk she is already giving you an ugly look. Seems annoyed when helping patients even though it’s her job. Everyone else super super nice and helpful!

ladies In the front dest are rude as ever. They are very unfriendly and they don’t make me feel welcome at all!!! There is this new doctor she is a female she literally talks and works as if she hates her job and she is quite rude. She left the room without saying a word after examining me and never came back. I don’t know why you would become a doctor in the first place if you don’t like socializing. The nurses working in the back most of them are really kind and friendly but the ladies in the front dest are rude. Overall I felt unwelcome and every time I visit the experience gets worse come one do better you guys.

Although it may be that SOME of the staff could use a lesson in courtesy, not ALL of the staff is substandard. The Optometrist and Optometry Staff were very friendly and helpful when I went in for glasses. They followed all the COVID19 protocol as well so I felt very safe. would recommend this Medical Center based on MY experience. Sorry that some of you may have had a bad encounter.

Their staff are rude, they aren’t helpful. I’ve been there a lot most of the time you see them on their cell phones. Or usually just talking and leave us waiting.
Urgent care girls are friendly helpful and they get you in and out right away. And they care about people, they always have a smile on their face and greet you. But the other buildings they are rude. They need training on how to treat people. Go to urgent care if you need to be seen.

Waited an hour and a half, asked how much longer the wait would be and she couldn't tell me how long. By the looks of it maybe another hour, so I nicely asked if I can just have an appointment for the next day and the secretary told me she couldn't make me an appointment, and when. I asked why she gave me a unreasonable explanation and told me to call and make one over the phone. Which got me upset because she was there and just didn't want to.
