I went here for a tour for my almost 2 year old. I could smell the pee outside the front door. The administrator who gave me the tour was a bit rude. The lady who took care of the children where my child would have been looked like she was over her job (slouched over starimg off in la la land). This place was absolutely beyond dirty and so were the children that I saw. The other 3 childcare options I saw after were insanely better. This Kindercare was like jail for children.

Let me tell you. I am in the parking lot for a dentist appointment. I hear the staff talk to the kids and omg. These people really love their jobs. Your kids are so loved here. They speak so kind to these little ones. I know you often hear how horrible childcare is, but this isn’t it. If I needed childcare, this is where I would come. I don’t care if I had to drive an hour. This place is what all parents need. Amazing. Absolutely amazing.

The daycare situation isn't ideal, as there are often sick children without strict protocols. However, my experience with this facility has been unique. My child is enrolled in the PCOE program, but I am required to make additional payments. The county has approved these payments and should reimburse me, but unfortunately, it's been about 5 months and counting since the expected reimbursement timeframe of 2 weeks.

Absolutely amazing center I have been a valued parent all three of my girl attended my oldest aged out last summer and was treated like a queen who has attended since she was a baby. My other two still attend and I love the staff and director. High recommended. If anything arises it is taken care of , tk program rocks ! Absolutely love this center

KinderCare Stanford Ranch has been wonderful. I have never had to worry about the kids while I’m off working. I get updates all day with pictures that always make me smile.

I was nervous that when we moved to the area we wouldn’t be able to find a daycare with a fairly soon start date as well as one that would treat my son so great. His teachers are so amazing and I can tell they truly care about him and how he’s doing.
