This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I was referred to them to get on the waitlist for home-based ABA services, for my child. I was told their waitlist is only about 3 months for my area. Their intake coordinator Lori Carbonell emailed me multiple times and left me a voicemail 2 days ago to complete Intake. I called Lori back today and spent half an hour on the phone with her completing Intake (i.e. giving her all of my family's personal and identifying information). She told me that she was going to email me with another Intake Coordinator, Sayeda Shanaowaz cc'd on it. She requested that I "reply all" to the email with pictures of our insurance card and told me that they would follow-up with me regarding the next steps. Not even an hour later, I get a reply to the email from Sayeda Shanaowaz, telling me that their waitlist is closed and we would need to find another ABA company to provide us services. How is it that they contacted me multiple times this week about completing Intake (notice I said "completing" b/c they already knew where were located and some of our identifying information), then moments after me giving them the remainder of my family's personal and identifying information, their waitlist is closed all or a sudden? I called Lori back and asked her that very question and all I got was "ummm I'm not sure, sorry". This is unprofessional and unethical, especially considering the population they service. I'm utterly disgusted!!!
