0/10!!! I personally have never worked for them but my boyfriend has. Apparently you have to sign a contract saying that you'll accept minimum wage if you do not notify them 5 days in advance before leaving an assignment. Working 40 plus hours a week to accept MINIMUM WAGE IS SO ABSURD. You can't live off of 7.25 in this economy! He worked all week for them and notified them on a Tuesday. His pay for the PREVIOUS week was adjusted after notifying the company THIS week. This company will be reported!

This company is highly UNPROFESSIONAL! They are sloppy and unorganized. The staff is very rude and they try to portray themselves as “people ready”. They are very racist and only “people ready” with who they like.
ON TOP of all that, they did not pay on time AND had the nerve to get an attitude and try to blame us. DO NOT COME HERE!!
And before anyone from Stellar tries to say “this person is confused, this person hasn’t filled out an application with us” I did NOT but my husband did and he is a Black Man who experienced racism and rudeness from your staff.

Worked full shift and it wasn't for me called told supervisor etc then get check and they lowered my pay to min wage! Sorry place, don't waste your time, very unprofessional! And the people working there are rude inbreeds that stay on there personal phone s instead of helping anyone! This company will bankrupt sooner the better! F+

I do NOT RECOMMEND STELLAR STAFFING PERIOD! They took weeks and weeks to finally place me somewhere we didnt even agree on in the first place, The jobs they Offer are below $15 so be aware, just dont waste your time. I asked them to place me somewhere else they ignored me, 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND!!!

The previous reviews that I have read seem to be from potential workers through this employment agency. Let me give you my perspective as the actual employer. This service was sold to us as being reliable, having people on standby and overall great customer service. None true. I personally have dealt with multiple employment agencies in the Birmingham area and they all have had issues but this is unbelievable. I cannot fill 4 or 5 shifts a week withought no shows or extreme tardiness. Many of the workers sent can not even do basic functions like follow a simple stacking pattern on a pallet or tape up a box and stack them correctly. It is always excuses and blame on the worker but is that not why we pay a premium to get reliable and basically somewhat intelligent people with some commen sence? As I write this, they have left my nightshift guys severely short handed and after multiple calls to the "general mailbox" I have not even received a return call explaining to me why they cannot fill this shift on a Friday night. Before 8am and after 4:30pm you are on your own. Shout out for Shelby because I think she really cares but her hands are tied by this poorly run, mismanaged business. Our company will be moving on soon.

As an employer who has used several Staffing agencies over the last few years, I have found that Stellar Staffing has done a great job in keeping employees for my facility. It has taken time with each position to find the right fit in several cases, however this has been true with all of the other staffing companies as well.
Regina, Angela, Kimberly and Andrea have all been very professional and worked diligently to find the right fit for my needs.
