Enrolled my son here. But pulled him out after a few weeks.
He’s allergic to eggs. Has an epi pen. Registered his epi pen with the office.
Staff fed him eggs. Spoke with Stephanie and she denies it. Stating it was a typing error. I was going to let it slide, however, two different teachers from morning and afternoon apologized to me stating they “didn’t know he was allergic”. Extremely unsafe practices at this establishment. The director (Stephanie) didn’t even apologize. Would the teachers even know where his epi pen was? Good thing the reaction wasn’t severe. Think twice before enrolling your child here.

Edit: Furthermore, their scheduled activities every week always had some type of spelling error. Disappointing.

Toured and was incredibly disappointed. Teachers looked as if they didn’t want to be there and kids bullying without intervention. Teacher did say “kind hands” and that’s it, no correction or explanation towards the kids. Sad really. Terrible experience and we weren’t even enrolled yet.

one month after my child started I asked her teacher how she was adjusting and she replied, “who is (child’s name)?”

I should have pulled her out then. It’s been one headache after the next. It’s packed with the maximum amount of children and the minimum amount of faculty, resulting in some pretty low quality childcare. I have shopped around and there are cheaper daycares out there. If my daughter wasn’t graduating soon I would pull her out tomorrow.

Your children deserve better. Do not send your kids here.

Been taking my 2.5 year old here for 1 year and the experience so far has been good. The teachers are caring, my daughter has learned a lot (potty training, songs, clean-up, art, gymnastics), and the schedule is the best you will find for working parents (6:30am-6:30pm). They always have fun activities for the kids like theme days, water play in the summer, and events around holidays. I think the kid/teacher ratio is on the top end but that's honestly what I expected at a more "commercial" day care. But with a more commercial day care you also get the benefits like great hours, easy online payments, online video access, Brightwheel (app) updates, picture days, etc. It really depends on your needs but we've had a positive experience for our year here and intend to keep our child here.
