My kids are so lucky to have Hayward not just for the Kickboxing but also as a teacher for life. Hayward finds the way to take the best out of those full of energy kiddos, and channel it to positive thinking, self confidence, caring about yourself and the other. Hayward is an excellent personal trainer. I highly recommend his private training classes and his group classes. He is passionate about fitness and his enthusiasm is infectious. I look forward to working out with him bi-weekly for my mental and physical health.

Saw a demonstration at Westchester Farmers Market and Hayward took the time to do some light sparring with me. Was so much fun and he seems like he's great to learn from. Will definitely be cross training at his facility in the future!
