I absolutely love Ms. Felicia and how she pours into her students academically and socially! I wish my oldest son could have went here when he was younger. My middle son was a little reserved and didn't speak very much before he came to Bright Star. Now he speaks all the time and has come out of his shell. He enjoys school and learning and always talks about how he can't wait to go to school on weekends. He knows so many things and he is very advanced now because of what he has learned in school. My daughter will be starting soon and I can't wait to see how school helps her grow as well!

When I first met Felicia I knew that I had met the woman that could handle my son. We enrolled him and got him started here. From then he learned new things everyday. The way that Felicia teaches and gets down to the children's level to help them understand is amazing. My son went here for around 2 years, and learned to write, read, communicate properly, colors, shapes etc. He is now in kindergarten and is way advanced in his class thanks to Felicia. Thank you Felicia and her staff.

My son has now been going to bright star for 3 years . Being a new mom I was very nervous sending my son to an unfamiliar environment & leaving him in the care of someone other then family due to him not adjusting well to other previous providers before, and having to leave work because they couldn’t calm & comfort him. With Felicia, it literally took 2 days for him to adjust and to the point where he didn’t even want to leave when it was time to go hm. I could finally go to work without the worries of my son in the back of my head because I know he’s in a safe and very well rounded learning environment. Felicia made the transition so easy and gave me the genuine feeling that she cares for my son as well as the other kids and their learning development, care and well being. She is not just a day care by any means, I was and continue to be in awe of how much my now 4 yo has learned ; shapes, alphabet, counting in both English and Spanish how to write his name as well as fun activities for the kids! Not to mention a lot of providers I found weren’t as flexible with care schedule which Felicia has been beyond amazing at helping to accommodate my hectic schedule and again leaving me with the assurance my son is in great care!

We love teacher Felicia, her daughter and mom. They are the most sweetest loving people and trust my kids with. Due to the COVID-19 we had to pull the boys out. Can't wait to see her and the family again.
