I’ve been taking classes from Kelly for a long time and I absolutely love them and her!

Recently she started a youth Pilates class and my daughter who is a competitive dancer and skier has started taking the Youth Class. She absolutely loves the class! She asks me everyday if she can go and when the next class is. It’s great for any kid who is an athlete or not. The class focuses on strength and flexibility so it can help in any sport or just everyday health! If you have kids you have to have them check it out. Kelly makes all classes so fun and inviting for all ages and levels!

Hummingbird Pilates has a clean studio with new reformers. It is a private studio located inside Snowcreek Athletic Club making parking easy. The space is comfortable and inviting. Kelly is a great instructor with clear direction and provides personal attention to everyone in the class regardless of experience. Her classes are fun and uplifting while providing a great workout. It’s the perfect start to my day.

Kelly is incredible, I can’t say enough good things about her and her Pilates studio. I’m a beginner and after the first class I knew I was hooked. She’s so patient with me in explaining the moves and at the same time encourages me to push myself. Her energy, attitude and skills on the reformer are all 10/10 in my book.
