We are so grateful for the amazing training and guidance Jaquie has given to our new labrador puppy Audrey. Feeling deflated and frustrated that Audrey was fearful of being harnessed and leashed, Jaquie has helped with her feeling comfortable and confident going on walks. We are amazed by Jaquie's kindness, patience, and incredible talent with training dogs. There are some people you meet and witness greatness, while also knowing that they are doing what they are meant to be doing to make the world a better place. My wife and I believe that Jaquie is doing this with Kind Choice Behavior Consulting. Jaquie saved my relationship with my puppy. I was having breakdowns crying because I wanted to love my puppy but found myself resenting her for behavior that I was trying, but failing, to fix. The training techniques I knew of and grew up with left me feeling like I was bullying this sweet soul who didn’t know better. Every day that I tried to fix her behavior on my own was chipping away at my puppy’s trust in me and my bond with her. Jaquie is the dog version of positive parenting. She will first help you set up your environment for better success. Then she will give you VERY manageable steps to follow. She makes herself available to her clients and answers every question with realistic and kind honesty. She is truly the best dog trainer I have worked with. 10/10!!
