This company is a scam! They charge you the full fee for the course, then have 2 weeks breaks. Make you pay ahead, and instead of doing the refund for those classes they couldn't organise, they want YOU to officially write a request for the refund at the end of the course. Complete scam! Never recommend them to kids. And they are stalking parents at the school doors pressurising them to enroll. On top of that they will call you EVERY DAY harassing, selling more courses etc. I had to block them after screaming asking not to call didn't help. Absolutely the worst company ever, can't believe these scammers work with kids!!!

Scam!!! This company should be reported as they are misleading people. Every other company with similar services offers a free trial lesson and after that the client makes a decision whether they wish to continue or not. If they do - they sign documents and pay.

Here they trick you into a trial lesson and tell you you agreed to signing up, even if you haven't attended a single lesson.
These guys are crooks.

I DO NOT recommend this school with whole my heart. The Tutore Agent that was selling an english course for my daughter, made promised that have never been fulfilled. When I tried to resign, I encountered some technical difficulties and my resignation was not registered. The school put all the blame and responsibility on me only, complaint was never even responded. I was asked to pay for 2 months that my daughter didn't attend the course. Despite many conversation with school representatives, I was not notified that the resignation was not registered. I wanted to share the blame with the school, after all, the product they selled was so much different from what I asked for and what I specifically highlighted during the offer stage.
I don't understand why the Agent made such promises. The only thing that could have happened was that I wouldn't attend english course, but I might have chose another course from the offer.
The school's goal in not a quality, for sure, not honesty, only greed.
I am very disappointed, not even by the course itself, but by the Tutore school approach.

It's a scam. Don't get in touch with that company. They phone you about a trial lesson, and after it they say that you have to pay for several months or they will sue you.

pomimo tego, że 3 lata korzystaliśmy z kursu - to nie polecam! wszystko szło dobrze dopóki nie zachęcono nas do skorzystania z nowego kursu po zakończeniu poprzedniego...obecnie żądają w czerwcu podpisania umowy a lekcje od września - jesli nie spełniaja oczekiwań to okres wypowiedzenia wynosi 4 miesiace - prawie 1000zł! nie ma mozliwosci weryfikacji materiału przed. Nie ma mozliwosci wypowiedzenia umowy po 1 lekcji. Podpisujesz w czerwcu kota w worku. Wypowiedziałam umowe po 1 lekcji i wlasnie dostalam wezwanie do zapłaty, grożą windykacją i krajowym rejestrem długów. NIE POLECAM
