I sent my sister over to have them Fax an IEP for my sons new school but before she could even finish the sentence the lady in the office kept nodding her head no & said she need consent etc. But for her just to be so rude and at least guide her what to do next her answers we’re all straight NO’s
& wouldn’t even let her finish talking ! with a long resting face! And don’t bother calling they don’t ever answer the phone !! I’ve attempted several times ! No help at all !

Staff was great very polite. The very serious problem was the security guard walking around like he ran the place with his coffee kissing up on one of the employees. Very unprofessional thing to do in the work place let alone a government one.

When asking for help on how paper work is done on inner district transfers some staff brush you off and try to not answer your questions.

Para hacer una cita puedes perder un mes completo.
Una vez que vienes aki no te ayudan simplemente evaden tu pregunta y no le dan soluciones pusieron a mi hijo en otra escuela por herror de ellos y vengo a ver cómo pueden responder a eso y me dice mujer de nombre Esperanza Molina, No están haciendo cambios, no están haciendo cambios de una manera altanera y prepotente, entonces que debo hacer...!!
Espere por lo menos 2 semanas y luego venga xq ahora solo estamos haciendo inscripciones.
