Heather made every class feel like friends working out together. The Betty Boot Camp classes were encouraging and fun, yet challenging enough for the various fitness levels. By the end of the first course (4wks), I saw tone definition in my arms and made major improvements with my core and leg strength. Highly recommended all around!

I started with Heather The Trainer in September because a friend referred me. I didn’t know what to expect, but I knew a basic gym membership just wasn’t for me - it was difficult to stay consistent and I wasted money every month paying for a subscription I was not using
I was pleasantly surprised by Heather’s group classes - everyone was so nice and supportive (no judgement zone), she helped me work on my form, and gave me the positive reinforcement to keep going. Her facility alone is pretty awesome - with all the equipment you can imagine, you’ll hardly ever do the same workout twice. I renewed in October after noticing my body changing. I added 1:1 training in November PLUS the group classes, because my body kept shrinking and my legs(problem area) looked so toned - I was hooked! Now I’m scrolling online trying to find a New Years dress. Do not under estimate the knowledge, skill and passion of working out with Heather - you’ll love what you see in the mirror❤️

Working with trainer Heather has been a blessing and a success. Her compassion and patience makes her a successful trainer. I must say as a cancer patient she showed me a plan that help to strengthen my muscles and increase my stability. I thank God for her Empire Training Academy is where you want to go for all you fitness need.

This trainer is different than any other trainer I’ve worked with ! I feel so much stronger and lean after just one work out. I love the full body focus she gives and the encouragement to finish strong. If I could train with her 7 days a week I would!!!!

OMG !!!!!!!!! My life was going so well when I was getting trained weekly by Heather. She really is remarkable as a human and as a trainer. You need to hire her !!
