I like houses here at River islands. Lennar built different style houses here. 4 houses are in each block. Few people don't like this structure because it feels like we are sharing driveway with other 3 families. I guess you should buy houses in River Islands only if you are working from home or your office is near by. Post Covid, traffic might be crazy here. Price range of Lennar Horizon is affordable in this area compared to other builders.

Lots of information to find your custom home. Unique floor plans and lots. River Island community is gorgeous, tons of water features, paths and parks
