I tried to enroll my Special Needs son for home schooling as he cannot do the classroom setting anymore due to his social issue. GOt a run around for weeks with Teachers being out, tried to contact Principal on various occassion and was told the same thing that he is away and will be away again next week. The teacher at first told us he would be no problem to enroll in the program, once we meet in person the stroy changed and they basically said he cant do the program. Later when called on this they stated they never actually denined him we just told you he cant do the program Wasted months of our time and in the end tried very hard to not enroll my son by making it seem like he could not do it. When I spoke with K12 and his therapist they all stated he can do the program and by law they need to accept him into the program. Have left various messages for Principal about this and have yet to hear back....first message left over 3 weeks ago. We will be doing the program directly thru k12 as this distrcit apparently does not want to help us.
