SpeedFly Sports and Duane Hall have transformed my canopy skills! He is an amazing instructor with endless knowledge. He knows how to cater to each individual student and progresses you at YOUR speed.
I was a beginner skydiver, and my landings were not great, to say the least. Lots of crashes, and I hurt my ankle pretty bad.
When I went out to the 4 day camp, I learned so much about ground handling and canopy work. It translated to my skydiving landings and now I am a great, confident pilot. No more bad landings!
This course is for anyone. A friend joined at a later date who had never left the ground. With no experience, just 2 days later she was flying!
This sport is so fun, and you don't need a paragliding license. I go there frequently, and I am always learning. Duane has a bunkhouse so you can stay there and fly for many days. He also has Chef Steve onsite, and his cooking is a close second to the joy of flying. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I come from an education background, and I was thoroughly impressed with his teaching style. It was text book, if we didn’t understand he wouldn’t wait long before switching wording/ drills so we didn’t get frustrated. Made the learning process very easy. I am going to come back for years to come!

I had always been terrified of flying my canopy and I had been skydiving for over 5 years before I started working with Duane and SpeedFly Sports. He changed everything and made me unafraid. He’s easy to schedule with and has great facilities including s bunk house not far from where you fly. His knowledge and passion are unmatched. “Big O” the truck is fun and reliable and removes the time consuming hiking part of SpeedFlying which means you get to fly a lot more than at other places. His set of hills is a great place to learn how to SpeedFly and let’s you build your confidence as a canopy pilot while feeling as safe as possible. I recommend Duane and SpeedFly Sports to everyone! You won’t regret it.

I had no parachute experience prior to my course and was able to confidently launch from the top of the hill on the third day. Duane's instruction and evening recaps were extremely helpful. I have returned three times because it is a great place to improve skills. We can get up to 20 launches on a good day. But even if the winds are bad, it is always a great time at Speedfly Sports!

I heard about speedflying around the DropZone didn't exactly know what it was. Duane was my canopy coach for my B license. I learned a lot that day. I talked to Duane about speedflying and I asked if I could learn and what are the requirements ( some places you have to get your P ratings first before you can fly a speedflying parachute) but not here. Anyone with no experience can come and learn to fly. I have gone multiple times and still learning more and more. The skills I've learned speedflying have translated to flying my canopy after freefall. I will be going back for more!

We came as a larger group with different levels of experience. Everybody got to go at their own pace and everybody ended up with solid flights.
Duane is an awesome coach, definitely gonna come back.
