Barbara is not only an inspirational and energetic soul but is a true pioneer in her field. I have been fortunate enough to learn from her, with hands on training in her course in person, and there is only one Barbara Berger. She is a master and consummate professional.
The training she provides is extraordinary - I still practice the techniques I learned from the amazing Barbara Berger, and I trained with her 15yrs ago in Santa Barbara.
In her courses, she provides very clear and accessible concepts to the how and why of her techniques, and then there is ample time to practice techniques under her supervision so by the time you finish, you have practiced these techniques, forming that essential muscle memory so it becomes second nature.
She is among one of the most memorable and energizing teachers I have had in my life. And her passion is contagious, she inspires.
I would highly suggest you volunteer in class if she asks for volunteers, and have her demonstrate on you, feeling her technique in my opinion is equally as important to practicing it on someone. You need to get a sense of the tactility and movements and learn how each muscle works, depending on location on face and neck.
If you put into practice her techniques consistently, I know you will be astounded and beyond pleased with the results. I use her techniques every week, and it works!!!!!
