I have done two courses with TheraHive and both time I have found them to be fantastic. The format is great: I enjoyed being part of a hive, and the learning was well-paced and rewarding. The coach was fantastic too. Recommended for anyone looking for a DBT course.

I had a great expierence with Therahive. The group aspect of the DBT programme is extremely helpful in making you feel connected as you are not alone in your expierence. The platform is very easy to use. My coach, Alicia, was lovely and very attentive to our classes needs. She made sure we got through each weeks content while also listening to our different expierences. I highly reccommend therahive.

This is an excellent program! The content is rich with very helpful tools. Being connected to a weekly small live group was also very helpful. My only issue: it was difficult for me to navigate the homework week to week while balancing my stressful job and kids. Overall, the value is there:-)
