Our family had the pleasure of working with BITS Tutorial to help my son improve his literacy skills. Before working with Ms. Nikki, my son's reading level was behind his grade level, and he had no interest in reading for fun. After a year of working with BITS, he is now reading above his grade level, consistently achieving straight A's, and has developed a huge book collection that he reads from daily. I cannot express how grateful we are for the help BITS has provided.

Let me just say WOW! We tried a different tutor before B.I.T.S. and there isn't even a comparison. My daughter was quickly assessed and matched with a tutor who could meet her where she was and not make her feel inadequate. Mrs. Smith immediately noticed gaps and began planning a solution. From the initial consulaltation until now, we've seen results. My daughter reports everything to her about her progress even when not good so they can fix it. Mrs. Smith has become an additional mom to my daughter and when my daughter ran to the car after getting a "100" on her math test, she said "we did it"! I can be a tough critic as a fellow educator, but B.I.T.S. is an amazing resource!! My daughter is growing leaps and bounds, focusing on the positive and her self confidence is through the roof!! This is one of the best investments we have made and you should do it too!

The owner held a summer bridge camp that
my third grade daughter attended this summer. My daughter enjoyed herself immensely and couldn’t wait for class to start each day. The content was relevant and rigorous and my daughter learned technology and academic skills that have helped her in her virtual learning environment at school. Ms. James is patient and an excellent teacher and you can tell by her enthusiasm that she really loves what she does. I recommend her services without the slightest reservation!

Ms. James and her entire staff is wonderful. I truly feel the love that she has for our children and children is her passion. I believe the same love and passion that she has for our children is how she select her staff. We had an outing a few months back and we were able to meet some of her staff along with her and they all have the same love and passion for our children.
My son has been a part of the program for a little over 6 months, and I can truly say I see growth within him. He started at a pre K level and he was entering into the 2nd grade at that time. I can truly say that he now can not only say his ABC’s however he can now recognize them. He is starting to read and spell words.
His tutor is so patience with him, she creates her weekly lesson plan with him in mind. She play games with him and make learning fun. Not only that she is concern about him as a student, she encourages him and keeps me updated on his progress, and for that I am so grateful. She never begins her lesson without asking him about his day and I love that.
The program is affordable and well worth the money. I would like to thank BITS entire staff. Ms. James thank you for allowing God to manifest your dream , because of your dream I can truly say from experience you are changing lives and I am so grateful that I picked up your flyer from a little old BBQ place in my neighbor you are truly making a difference.

My son (1st grader) experienced difficulties with virtual learning and BITS (Nikki) has helped us tremendously. He still has a way to go, but he is becoming more confident in his reading and sight words. Nikki makes him feel at ease. He loves the 1-1 interaction and virtual educational tools. I'm so thankful and will continue our sessions into the next semester.
