This is a wonderful school. Being a teacher of 18 years I know quality education when I see it. The environment is well-kept and clean. Most importantly, the teachers here are wonderful professionals. Let me be more specific, they teach beyond the ABC'S, counting, tracing, etc. My son would come home and talk about echolocation and other fabulous, advanced topics. He progressed in all areas and was treated kindly and respectfully. I don't expect teachers to teach manners and behavior- that is our job as parents, but they still enforce great behavior. A few times when a child was unkind to my son I brought it up to the teacher and it didn't happen again. The teachers and administrators are attentive and loving. They plan excellent family activities and always keep the well-being of your child in mind. My son went there for over 2 years and the only reason we left before kindergarten is because we moved.

We couldn't have asked for a better center to take care of our daughter and teach her along the way. She attended from 2 years old through their private kindergarten program and went straight to 1st grade and cleared that with ease because of the teachers at Pepper Valley. They are so great with kids, the curriculum is awesome and the staff treats you so well. You are family to them and I would recommend this learning center to anyone looking!! It's definitely worth it.

Not sure about this place. Before they had those covered up fences up, I walked up to the gated fence with my child so he could check it out , the staff hadn't noticed me and were just standing around talking to each other and some on their phones, but when they did, they slowly moved away from one another and pretended to be interactive with the children. A few weeks after, the blocked fences were put up, now you can't see if their actually doing their job or just chatting away on their phones. I took a tour and saw two rooms full of sleeping children, I asked what they did to put them all to sleep and the main front lady laughed and said "Magic".... Not sure what that meant but to me it seemed like some type of sleeping medicine. I suggest to have your kids checked for any unknown substance if you ever suspect any medicine being given to them without your consent. That wasn't the answer that I was hopeing to hear....and will definitely pass on this day care.

Stop letting your students parent's park in the apartments parking spots next to your facility. How unprofessional of a place to just allow their customers to wonder like dogs with no training. Isn't there someone out there helping parents where to park!!?

I have never in my life seen a school that does an awful job at communicating. They make too many excuses for each other. They will lose your kids things. My kid was going three days a week for $140! The price is cheap but don’t expect too much from this place.

Friendly staff for the most part. My only concern are the children are not being adequately watched. When confronted, staff seemed rather defensive and asked questions that deflected from real issue.
