One of their vans was parked in front of NAVFAC overnight and they had activated the alarm but never responded to it going off because it was too sensitive and then ignored, disrupting all of the apartments across the street. If this employee lives here he would be allowed to park in the parking structure. It’s bad enough when private vehicles are ignored but the commercial work van was a very loud horn honking at 4 am and earlier and the employee responsible for that commercial vehicle is now being loud loading his van and slamming stuff around and he was shouting and talking with a man who was parked behind him. I don’t understand why people set alarms when they are not even close enough to the vehicle to hear or disable the alarms disturbing the peace of hundreds of residents because a motorcycle goes by. Rude. Very loud and obnoxious. Why?

Very amazing and good environment, all lessons were explained thoroughly to each and every student huge shoutouts to Brian he was on top if it very interactive, funny, and helping and tried to keep the class as interesting and fun as possible it was honestly a great week!

I took the online 100 ton to 200 ton upgrade course. The online coursework was easy to use and very thorough. They were very helpful and accommodating with completing the in person final exam during COVID times. Would recommend to all Mariners.

I recommend TRL to all Mariners who are seeking to advance or renewing their trainings. They have a list of great instructors. They also have a shuttle that picks up and drops off to the hotels nearby.
