If I could give them zero stars I would. They told my 5 year old niece that “there was a problem with her brain”. They also told her they “would throw her out” if she didn’t learn anything. When we asked them to clarify their comments, they were very defensive and unprofessional; yelling and overpowering the conversation. In support of their arguments they referenced personal academic information about other past and present clients. I would think a reputable establishment would understand that conversations about academic progress should be had with the parents and never made to a very impressionable child of such a young age. If this tutoring service is truly Bellflower School district’s preferred provider, the school district should revisit their contract.
