Mrs. Guitirrez, is Rude and comes off very prideful and she thinks she's better than others. I went in to just get a EBT card replacement and for some reason they sent me to a worker? I was called to Mrs. Guitirrez window and you could feel her bad energy in just the way she talks to people. She says sit down and I said No I'm fine not would you like to take a seat just straight rude. I saw her minutes prior talking to her coworkers all happy and laughing but when she serves people she lacks professinalism. If she has a problem with people that are on assistance than why is she working here. Very foul attitude and mean spirited. I reminded her that we all are one paycheck away from being homeless. No one is better than anyone because we all eat and poop the same Mrs. Guitirrez.

No urgency and no follow up. I have called everyday (excluding the weekend) since last Tuesday and I keep getting told to check back the next day. Nobody is able to give me any updates and not able to provide me with my case workers correct phone number. I get call centers get busy but there needs to be some accountability.

I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and timeliness returning phone calls or returning phone calls period,which they do not. They discontinued my benefits through no fault of my own and are now refusing to help me.
