One of the recruiters from the San Jose, CA branch Bryan Ballesteros was very helpful and helped me find a few jobs from the past. I appreciated everything he had done for me in getting a job in the area where I live. Another thing why I think Bryan is such a good recruiter is that offered me a job with a good starting pay rate. I also like the weekly paychecks especially getting paid on a Wednesday.

Was recruited by Lizette Cirigo a little over a month ago. Initially she was ok, stayed in contact with me, but that soon changed. My text started not getting responded to and my calls weren’t getting answered. I inquired about another job that they were overseeing on a Tuesday with zero response. That following Monday I showed up to work and was told that I resigned from my position (which I didn’t) and shouldn’t even be there. Totally caught off guard by these events. It was highly unprofessional and the communication should have been established long before an hour in to my shift.

Is a good place to find job, the company that heps you to find you are aerotek, aston carter and EASi. For a good help there you need to apply first in any of those companies and then get one appointment for go there because if you have have any appointment they are not going to help you...

Like Matt's review; the recruiters say they will share my resume with their hiring managers then I never hear from them again. I guess I'll have to look somewhere else. Don't waste your time with playing phone tag with them.

I was surprised to read the negative reviews on this agency. I had a wonderful experience here. I am so glad I signed up with Aerotek and they found me a job within a few weeks. They were always professional and polite each time I visited the facility or spoke on the phone. The gals I worked with were amazing. They took me step by step through the whole process, kept in contact with me often and wanted to know my progress. Gaby Eliason and BritneyBradley are hard working dedicated young ladies. They called me before my interview to make sure I was prepared and were interested to know how it went. They seem like they genuinely cared about me finding work. I have registered with many other staffing agencies and they don't even remember my name; they could care less, which was always odd to me because they make money when they find you a job, you would think they would try harder. I am very thankful I have a job now.
