I am really happy with our experiences at PLC! I have 2 children that go there currently. The family that owns and runs the daycare has been so personally kind to me when I was unhappy with a past daycare. I knew from the beginning they are in it for the right reasons for caring and loving our kids like their own. I knew if I had a concern they would be open ears and find a solution that is in the best interest of kids. We truly like all the workers as well and even have some babysit at our house on a few occasions. We also love the directors as well. We are so thankful to find PLC and recommend them to anyone! ?

We were informed by another parent that our child had rolled off a changing table. The staff denied the incident, but the other parent had a recording from their video feed. Negligent liars. Don't trust these people.

Numerous complaints have been made to the Nebraska Child Welfare. How this place is still open is beyond me. After the incident with the child needing to go to the hospital from negligence , I would sooner entrust my children with a bum under an over pass, than ever take them here again. Hopefully they will be shut down before something serious happens to a child.

Owner and staff are continually hostile when asked basic questions about how our children are handled. Received information from a friend that the owner has been accused of misconduct with kids. Not a safe space.

We were told of numerous incidents with the facility beforehand, and regrettably still went with them. One of the worst mistakes we could have made. When it comes to your children don't trust these people.

I had to change my review. This daycare lacks in communication. For the first time moms with questions- forget about getting your calls and questions answered. My baby was supposed to start here soon and we ended up pulling her because of how unorganized they ended up being. Don’t recommend for anyone wanting clear communication with their daycare.
