Movement Oasis is just that. An oasis from the hustle and bustle of the world, where I can drop into liquid, and dance and move and find the still point of complete surrender.

Michelle and David, the co-owners and creators of Movement Oasis, have imbued this luscious space with such a fierce tenderness, such authentic vitality, that a Tuesday night NOT at the Oasis for me for 5 Rhythms dance, is just an incomplete day.

It's a safe, welcoming nourishing landing balance to get re-connected and revitalized to my heart and my soul.
