退会したい旨を伝え、翌月の授業料は引き落としされたものの、授業は1度も行わなかったため返金希望の連絡をして半年が経ちます…。担当者から上長に確認すると言われ待ってましたが、改めて連絡を取ったところ確認してもらえていないことがわかりました…。他の方が上長に確認後、連絡すると言われて3週間が経ちます…まだ待たせますか？酷すぎませんか。娘の大切な教育費なので早く返金してほしいです。
