Visited the location in Chino, I was quickly assisted by a very friendly and professional person behind the counter. We explained to him that we were looking for stone for a fire place remodel. He walked us over to the stone and gave us some ideas based on the colors we provided him. He placed our order and we were quickly on are way to the yard for our materials. The fireplace and his color choices came out great and the service was exceptional

I've had great experiences with their Stanton location. My experience with Chino was an entirely different story.
I ordered pebbles from the Stanton location for a project and needed more...so I ordered the exact same thing from the Chino store (they're closer to me). Product consistency at Stanton was consistent, 3/4"-1-1/2". The sizing from Chino was garbage. Approx 80% of the stone was smaller than 3/4". It looks like mostly gravel with some pebbles mixed in. I ended up using what I could of it as a base and am getting properly sized stone elsewhere for the top layer. It looks like they didn't have enough of my size, so they just added in a smaller size.
If you purchase from them, don't assume they're delivering what you ordered. Before they dump it, inspect it closely. Lesson learned.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! My sister came here looking for scrap pieces to you in a reptile enclosure, and they gave us a bucket to fill up all for free!! They were so nice. 100% recommend

This place is awesome!! My husband and I wanted to get a few projects done to our house. We walked in to this store with a vision, we asked a ton of questions and David and his team helped our vision come to life. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Brilliant. Great selection and outstanding service. We were in a hurry as we had workers on hold due to a deficient order elsewhere. Resource saved the day and got the schedule back. Can’t say enough about Dave’s “above and beyond service. Well done you guys.

The staff here was super friendly and accommodating. The prices we're really reasonable and they had a nice selection of rocks for landscapes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for landscaping rocks

Service overall was good until the day of delivery “the truck load of rocks we ordered didn’t show up” waiting since 7am in the morning and later found out it wasn’t scheduled !?!
No solution for this issue until Monday?
We wasted our time ( Saturday family time) and labor (hired 3 helpers) that’s going to cost us more than double (future Credibility / trust to family and friends).
Is this acceptable?
Went into the store Monday morning and spoke to the person responsible for the order (he explained “driver was off on Saturday” and no other driver can deliver...). Rescheduled the delivery for Tuesday and received an apology from them. Hopefully this situation won’t happen again. My suggestion (if you are reading this review, be sure to confirm the delivery date with them again the day before the delivery).
