Wonderful education and online programs I learned a-lot.
However, I feel scammed and lied to. When i signed up in 2021 I was told by the advisor Monica that my program included both Bachelors degree and a Paralegal Certificate I was also told that I would graduate in March of 2023. When March of 2023 came I was told I needed more credits and graduation would be June 2024 I asked for an explanation and the questions were avoided. It is now November and I never received a paralegal certificate as I was told, the only reason I chose this school was for the supposed paralegal certification that came with the degree upon completion. I also did a LOT of court document drafting which made me believe I would get it so now im confused. Will be digging into this because I still want an explanation why an extra year was added to my program. Please make sure to get everything that is promised in writing before signing up with this school.

Also no one told me I could put back any remaining financial aid into my loan. I was told this in my second to last semester I hope that money that “ expires “ went back to the goverNment. Graduation was disorganized and weird. I was told I could only bring a certain amount of guests and the place was barely filled. One of the speakers even forgot it was their turn to speak. Disappointing.

My experience with this institution has been phenomenal from start to finish. Starting with the academic advisor I spoke to (best communication of any place I have attended) and the financial advisors, they made me felt heard and always willing to answer any question I had. I completed the Radiologic Technolgy program and could not be more satisfied. I started the program during the start of Covid which made this program remote (usually all on-campus). The faculty did very well making sure we obtained the information we needed, they were very organized, and always willing to help outside of scheduled class time. Every week of every class we completed the academic advisement with each professor, making sure we were successful and what we needed to do to continue our success. The program is not perfect (nothing is), but I would only recommend this institution to anyone wanting to attend the Radiologic Technology program.

The bookstore manager, Michael Ippolito is awesome!!! I had purchased my Statistics book with the access code but for some reason the access code had already been used (code hadn’t been scratched off yet). Mike escalated the issue and was able to get me a new access code within 24hrs, without me having to come out of pocket. Thanks again Mike, excellent customer service!

Honestly one of the worst experiences of my college career. Some of the instructors are not professional and they have habit of not teaching the material enough for exams. I will never recommend this school and I will tell people to look elsewhere. You can get a better education anywhere else and it will be cheaper.

First I have to express the amazing amount of support this institution provides for their students. A+ From my first encounter while my daughter registered with Ms. Kristy! She is patient, attentive and fully invested in the students doing their best, Ms. Kristy works past her role in getting the student registered. Keiser will forever have a place in my heart.

I recently completed my Radiology program at Keiser University and I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing teachers in the department. From day one, it was clear that they truly cared about each and every one of us and were committed to our success.

The teachers were incredibly knowledgeable in their field and were able to present the material in a way that was easy to understand and retain. They were always available to answer our questions and provide additional support when needed. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to succeed, including access to equipment and technology.

What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention that the teachers provided. They took the time to get to know us as individuals and were always there to offer a listening ear and words of encouragement. They were invested in our success and it was evident in everything they did.

Overall, I would highly recommend Keiser University's Radiology program to anyone who is looking for a top-notch education from caring and knowledgeable teachers. It was an incredible experience and one that I will always treasure.
