I came to the Tutoring club as to my last hope and I was desperate. My daughter had struggles in school with math and English. I really hoped that the Tutoring club would be able to help her. And so it did! After 1.5 months attending the club, my daughter’s teacher sent me an email that she has HUGE success with her math and English classes. I was crying. Literally. I’m so so SO happy we found this place and it would totally recommend this to anyone whose kids are struggling with school subjects. As a mom I know how hard it could be so if you are a mom or a dad who's children are in need of help don’t wait take them here!!!

Best decision ever!

My 2nd grader struggles with reading. On her first STARR assessment she scored in the 3rd percentile; far below grade level. Her second assessment; 5th percentile.

We decided to invest in tutoring to give her the supports she needed. Let me tell you, the magic the Tutoring Club has made! On the last STARR assessment, my daughter scored in the 40th percentile! The growth she made in 4 months blew me away!

The tutors work so hard and are dedicated to their students. I can personally attest to the positive impact they have made on my daughter’s educational journey. I am forever grateful.

My husband and I enrolled our son into Tutoring Club at the end of last January (2022), and have seen some amazing progress in the year we've been attending. The results weren't immediate, and took the work and dedication on all parties to make it happen. His grades are finally making bigger improvements, and he now has the ability to understand the content at school. He couldn't successfully read before joining, and now has a score in independent reading higher than the expected score for his grade. We've utilized Tutoring Club as a resource not only to bridge the gaps between schooling in different counties, but also for learning challenges and homework assistance. It has made a difference for us at home as there are no longer battles, or tears shed when he doesn't understand what the homework is asking for. The team has been great! We enjoy our update meetings with the director, as she truly cares for each child's progress, and our son comes out sharing how his tutors made learning for the day fun.

My husband & I enrolled our daughter in February. Since then we have seen tremendous improvement with our daughters confidence with test taking, increased participation during math lessons & higher grades. Our daughter actually enjoys her sessions at Tutoring Club. The facility is well put together & kept tidy. The staff members are friendly, encouraging, cheerful & welcoming. The director is hands on, which is fantastic! That was a factor that was extremely important to my husband and I when deciding where to enroll our daughter for tutoring. I’ve raved about our positive experience with Tutoring Club to many parents & highly recommend them.

I would gladly give this place 1 star but they actually did some good work last school year 2022-2023. When it comes to this school year and the actual level of tutors you can simply tell that the level has dropped off quickly. The director of the tutoring club is toxic and your best bet is to watch for your kids for the hour they are in the club. The director will lie on your student and come up with stories. After having a meeting with the director for an annual review she came up with all these stories when we as parents actually sit there and listen to our student for the entirety of the time she is there. After the lies we messaged the tutors that our child worked with over this last 4-5 months and they stated there wasn’t any issues of these things the director stated. So to follow up with you Mrs Director your tutors aren’t liars, it’s more of you being a liar. You aren’t a medical professional and in no way should you ever state what you did about our child. We will be reporting you to the Saint John’s County School Board and other county officials.

If you care about your student then I would suggest not being lazy and actually sit there and listen to what is going on. We can’t even imagine if we weren’t there listening to what truly was going on and also having a relationship with those that teach our students. Be a parent and love and care for your own child. The director of this place is toxic and looking for that money grab. If you pay yearly I’m sure you don’t see the same toxic traits but when you rather pay monthly then you get this behavior.

Thanks to Ms. Laura that was once there that truly helped our student get on the honor roll all 4 quarters last year. We will gladly work with you going forward. Other than that, thank god we are done there. Truly be a parent and listen….if not your head will be filled with lies.

My son is 13 and has had many troubles in school since the pandemic. We have been taking him to the St Johns Tutoring Club for about 7 months and they are having really good breakthroughs with him. They are Extremely accommodating with his schedule with both school year and now Summer. We Love the entire team to include Mrs. Kris and Mrs. Kim...I would recommend you guys to anyone with a child that needs help.

My daughter and son attend the tutoring club for writing skills. Since they started, I see an increase in their confidence level and improvement in creative and descriptive writing skills. 4 weeks into the program, My daughter started writing a story and my son was proof reading it and I am totally impressed with this gesture from my little ones. Thank you to the tutoring club faculty for being kind and gentle with the students. Kudos to the director for briefing me through the program and being patient with all my questions.
