When you join Sage Yoga Studio you join a community. I love every class I've taken. The instructors are knowledgeable and understanding. The students and teachers make an effort to extend the experience outside the studio. Thank you for everything you all do.

I just completed my first month at Sage. I tried many different classes and enjoyed all of them. All the teachers are very knowlegable and create a friendly atmosphere. Since I'm just getting back into Yoga I like especially the slower paced classes which help me to make sure the pose is done correctly before moving on to the next one. If there will be any additions in the future I would like to see some classes which concentrate on toning, muscular strength and endurance, such as (i.e.) a basic beginners barre class or pilates with light weights.

Yoga Bonsall is a gem, located behind Daniel’s Market. It has the kindest, most knowledgeable teachers and attracts a real nice group of people. They offer events. Their Cacao Ceremony this past full moon was absolutely delightful. The way Shelby and Di orchestrated this event left everyone in bliss. My favorite parts were the set up itself, the cacao ceremony (we each brought our own favorite cup) and the drumming. The drumming was particularly healing for several people! Kudos to Sage Bonsall and deepest gratitude to Shelby and Di for that gift.

Sage is a gem of a yoga studio. I've been doing yoga for 15 years now, and can honestly say that the community here is extremely special. It's not a pretentious studio with condescending teachers. Instead, it's a place where every person at any level or body shape can come to and feel welcome and comfortable. I love the space and the variety of classes offered, as well as the teachers being knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend Sage and am happy to be a part of it!
