You should try this 9round! You will not be disappointed! The workouts change each day -are super fun and challenging. The people here are awesome, as well - you will love the owner! Would 100% recommend over and over again!

Greta place to work out. Atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, even if you never tried kickboxing as a women, do not hesitate. You will love it. Trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and adjust their coaching style to your ability and requests. Facility is clean, organized, great AC system, plenty of parking. Wonderful place to get in 30 min high intensity work out. Highly recommended 😉

I love 9 round! Very clean, conveniently located, and the trainers and atmosphere are extremely motivating and engaging. The best part is that there’s no scheduled times, you can come whenever they are open. The workouts are only 30 minutes long, so this is something most people can commit to. I see people of all ages and fitness levels here. My personal goals were to become stronger and tone up, and I have definitely seen significant results in the 3.5 months I’ve been coming here. I’m also happy to support a female business owner. Mo, you deserve all your success and I’m so happy to have found this place! Highly recommend.

I have been a regular at this gym for more than 2 years now. The trainers and the overall atmosphere at this gym is impressive. Their dedication and enthusiasm makes my workout challenging and enjoyable. They study our limits and motivates us to challenge ourselves and push a little further each time. 9Round is AMAZING!!! I have been a member since day 1 (it was a year in August) and there is not a gym that I have ever loved more! Each day, I am welcomed with smiles, energy, and excitement when I come in and the trainers do an incredible job being one on one with each member. They push me, encourage me, and make me stronger in 30 minutes every single workout! The trainers treat me as family and the atmosphere is welcoming. I have formed so many friendships from 9Round and have brought friends to 9Round who love it and join too! Each day the workout is different...never boring. There are no class times so it works with my crazy schedule! I have never loved working out as much as I do at 9Round and I am truly sad when I am not able to come in! So thankful for Mo, Jill, and Shelby for making 9Round-Wheeling what it is and for always making me better and stronger! Come give 9Round a try...I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Great professional trainers! Wonderful hands on owner! Well worth 30 minutes of your time.

I have been doing kickboxing as exercise on and off for the last several years. One of the things I struggle with and what would ultimately make me stop is not being able to make it to class times that didn't work with my busy schedule. 9Round makes it possible to work out when I have time and not worry about getting there in time for a class.

Workouts are 30 minutes but don't let that fool you into thinking it's an easy workout! You are working hard from the first bell until the end of round 9. Workouts change every day too so you don't get bored doing the same thing.

Even with all of that, I think my favorite thing about 9Round are the trainers. I've been injured for the last several months and the trainers go above and beyond to help me modify my workout so I can still break a sweat but not hurt myself in the process. The trainers guide you through the whole workout and make sure you know what you're doing and are pushed to the limits.

I'd definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking for a challenging workout and something that changes every time you go in. With it only being 30 minutes, there's no reason to not give it a try. Plus, the first workout is free!

9Round is like no other gym I have ever been to. The staff has become family and are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I love that every workout is different each time I go and every workout can be personalized to me to challenge me based on my strengths and weaknesses.
