I visited the office today to set up a direct bank draft for my homeowners insurance. I arrived a little into the lunch hour but Marissa Shortt opened up and cheerfully took care of me. She was at all times gracious and professional and knew exactly how to execute the procedure. She handled everything quickly and even texted me later to let me know it had been completed. In my judgment she is an outstanding representative of the Dryer agency for Farmers Insurance. All my previous dealings with this office have been first rate as well. Howard helped me understand my retirement plan -- and though he left the detail decisions up to me, he showed me how different investments in different areas could result in greater results years ahead. Stacey set me up with a GREAT deal on Renters', Life and Auto insurance -- and even though I have a speeding ticket on my record, my rates (and multi-policy discounts!) are low, and the coverage is good! Denise at the front desk is attentive, positive, friendly -- and she always offers great coffee and chocolate when I come in!
