I dropped in while I was on vacation and took the 11am all levels class. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The head instructor was out the day I dropped in but the assistant coach was excellent and did a great job breaking down the techniques we were learning. Thank you for having me, will definitely be back if I’m in the area!

Great experience, needs more stars.…can’t say enough good things about Pat and his gym. A great group of people who are all kind and looking to help everyone get better. Pat is an exceptional coach who is knowledgeable, patient, technical and thorough. He runs a structured class with a curriculum he works from.

I’ve dropped in at more than a half a dozen gyms and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had…

They work and train hard but are super cool with wherever you’re at… They were great to me, the geezer who just wanted to learn the techniques of the day. Kindest group of killers I’ve met so far.

Solid gym whether you’re a local or a vacationer. They have very impressive training facilities, well-experienced coaches, and a solid group of guys to training with. Im a blue belt in the gi so the 10th Planet system was a little intimidating at first, but the coaches break it down so well that bridging the gap was easy. Super welcoming to me even though I was only gonna be there a few days. The coaches and guys are very technical and well conditioned on the mats. I would absolutely recommend if you’re in the area and want to get some training in.

Popped in on a Friday 10AM class. Sean wasn't there but Josh taught and was awesome. Everyone introduced themselves and Sean dropped in for a sec and introduced himself as well. Very friendly atmosphere. I would train there if I lived in Gulf Shores or a surrounding area. Be warned they will take your feet home but everyone was super smooth and gently ripped my foot off. Very fun. Will go back

This is a great place to learn and train BJJ. Josh is an excellent instructor and a good guy. The guys I trained with while visiting were very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be dropping in every time I’m in town.

Amazing gym in the Lower AL/FL panhandle area. Sean is very welcoming and will help you improve your jiu jitsu game from the moment you walk through the door. Worth checking out if you're on vacation, looking for a new gym, or wanting to get in shape.

A great coach is hard to come by. They have TWO. Sean and Tori helped revolutionized my game, and since training with them, ive never placed lower than 2nd at any BJJ competition since starting with them three years ago. If you're thinking of signing up DONT HESITATE, do it. World class training at a fair price.

Sean Applegate is an amazing teacher! I've been doing jiujitsu for about 3 years and never have I had someone break down techniques in a way that is both easy to understand but also effective. Sean has an amazing eye for detail that rivals that of black belt instructors. Definitely suggest checking out his gym, it's a game changer!
